wrong payment


I am getting a notificarion of getting charge this month tarif although i changed internet plan to another company. 
i want this doubled checked, because i already got a confirmarion from my new company that the transition has already happend so i shouldnt get charged for it.

Rechnungen werden rückwirkend erstellt, so dass nach Vertragsende noch mindestens eine Rechnung kommt.

Dear @Valeg ,

it is a @Sächsin mentioned. Our invoices are always issued retrospectively, which you can also see at the top of the invoice under the service period. Therefore, a final invoice will always be issued after the end of the contract. If there is still credit available, it may even be that a new invoice is issued every month and you receive notification because there is still credit available that can be paid out.
