Wrong bill for the month of August

Recently I have extended my contract. The contract is O2 Blue Select for 19,99 € per month.



I never noticed that Wahlflatrate. In the online O2 Blue Select the 100 minute free to other network is inclusive and not billed. Even in my previous contract it was included in the contract.



When I checked my account for this info, I could see this:



I am asking about all this because I have been billed for the 100 minutes free for all the other networks for the month of August.



I really find it difficult to understand these billing structure and also why I have to pay for 100 minutes free to other networks option when it comes with the contract or inclusive in the tarif! Does anyone from O2 can help me or do I need to go to the O2 shop itself? Because calling them and explaining all this in German is bit difficult for me. So please help me...

there is no need to go to the o2-shop, if you don't want to. I recommend to you to wait here until one of the moderators will arrive in this thread and check the situation. Just be a little patient.

i´m sorry, that your tariff was incorrect arranged. I´ve now adjusted it, so that you will pay 17,99 EUR. Furthermore i´ve booked the additional costs to your account. It will be cleared by your next bills.

Thank you for the help and response given during my last request. But I have a similar problem for the month of October's bill.

It looks like I have been charged for something which I do not really understand from that bill. And as far as I know I have not crossed the limit of 100 minutes for other networks. I also have Festnetz flat for O2 Blue Select. So I always expect it to be 17,99 euros every month.

the change on your tariff plan was unfortunately buggy. I have to correct it by a tariff alternation without charge. Furthermore i´ve booked the additional costs to your account again. Kindly excuse the discomfort.

Happy new year!

I have the same issue even with the December bill. I was even on vacation and was outside Germany.

The bill overcharges from the normal rate by around 10 euros.





I really don't want to come every month and ask the same question. I don't know why it is happening again and again but I would request you to please look into this issue and solve it forever ☺️

happy new year. I´m so sorry, that the problem is not solved until now. ☹️

There is an option, that could not be deactivated. There is a worm in it. But i have an idea how to remove it. And tomorrow i´ll proove, if it´s really solved.

Furthermore i´ve booked the additional costs to your account again.
