Hello o2 community, I have a question, I bought an Apple phone from an o2 store with a 24 month contract, I have the phone for 10 months and I have a small bend on the side of the phone from an accident and i have a tiny scratch on the screen, i still have a limited warranty on the phone and i want to ask if they will exchange the phone for me. Thanks very much!

welcome to the o2 Community 😊

The warranty does not cover the mentioned defects, I’m afraid, since those are the result the personal handling of the device (as far as I understood it). Exhanging the phone will most likely be possible in exchange for a fee. Your local Apple shop or certified dealer can set you up with the prices if you want to change the device, nonetheless.
