Hi i ordered an iphone15pro in the o2 shop last friday and i want to cancel it. i already sent an email but there's still no reply. i already paid for the down payment vie credit card. how long will the cancellation process take place?

If you made an order in a shop in person, then only that shop can actually process a cancellation. So please go and contact that shop as Vilureef already wrote.
