why my last bill is so expensive

there can be a number of reasons for a difference between two bills. As Bollermann has already said, the easiest way to figure out what is going on would be to take a look at your bill, as that lists on the second page and following for what you were billed. If that raises any further questions, you are of course welcome to ask us here.
