Why I see more bill than it actually is for everymonth?

to get to the bottom of your concern, it would be great to know what exactly it is.
So you have concluded a contract (mobile or DSL?) and the contractual agreements are not being adhered to? Are you paying more than you actually agreed?
Quick question: how did you conclude the contract - online or in the shop? What exactly is your contract and under what conditions does it run?

And about your bill: which items are unclear to you?
