why can't i top up?

I have tried every way possible to top of my plan for the first time and all i get are errors. direct debits and credit cards and paypal. it’s been an hour of this. paying should be the easy part. what is a method i can use to pay that will definitely work? this has been a ridiculous waste of my time!

    I tried these they do not work. The direct debit says: The direct debit procedure is currently not possible. … what would cause that?

    Top-up cards not working? Why not, what will be displayed when you want to charge?

    welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

    Have you used any of these top-up options before and they worked fine back then or was this the first time that you’ve tried this? Did you try a card as Bumer has suggested and did that work or would this also generate some form of error?
