Where to find the "puk" Number? Please help

i never opened an account on the o2 app , and now i need my puk number , i only have the contract with me.also i dont have my sim card holder either and i cant call the hotline since i dont have any number with me .

You can only get the PUK from the prepaid hotline. Alternatively, go to an o2 shop.
