Where is my google pixel earbuds

Hello, I ordered google pixel 6 mobile on February 7 under offer (the offer ends on February 14) with free google pixel earbuds. The mobile was with a defect (huge space between the screen and corpus), so i requested an exchange for the same mobile by February 17 and received a new one by February 23. How i can get now the earbuds after exchange?

Have you already tried to order the earbuds under this link: Hardware Extra Portal? You have to enter your Order Number and your Postal code there. Do you get an error message?

If it was not working, please let us know.
