Where did my Guthaben go?

Hello, I had 9.73 euros of credit in my account, and after adding 15 euros, I now have 4.74 euros? I have no idea where the remaining 20 euros went. My current pack is going expire on 25th June, so I know that it didn’t go there, but I have no other active packs. Can someone please help me with this?

Edit: I just noticed that 20 euros was automatically charged towards another pack: o2 my Prepaid L, which I deactivated AFTER adding the money. Since the pack was deactivated even before starting, would it possible to get a refund for it?
