where can I find the code for credit voucher?

I bought the credit voucher at Edeka for 15 euro. Where can I find the code to top up? I don’t have a receipt from the store.

sorry to keep you waiting. Actually, the code should be printed on the print. If you didn't get one, you should go back to the shop where you bought it with your proof of purchase and claim it.

The top-up code should be on a separate receipt. Didn't you receive 2 prints?
