Hello,I have already spoken 5 times to customer service on the phone and what happened?Nothing!
In my phone's bill of August 2024, I have charged €130.10 (that was over €61.14 as my contract). I have called to customer service via hotline and they said: I have used mobil's internet outside of EU in 15 Jul 2024 and 18 Jul 2024 with price 61,14€.But from 8 Jul to 22 Jul 2024 I had holiday in Spain (Gran Canaria and Mallorca).I have explained and the customer service understood after recheck .The customer service said :I will received the refund (61.14€) in my bank account on September 9th or phone's bill September .But now nothing!
