Hi @o2_Matze ,

I have the same problem. I successfully transferred my number to O2. It has been 3 months but I still haven’t started to get the 5 euro bonus. What should I do?

I checked your data and can confirm that the Berechtigung option is allready available. I activate the discount for you so that you shoud receive a confirmation within the next 24h.

hi and welcome in our community. 
I opened a new thread for you and your request regarding the Wechselbonus. 
Where and when have you ordered your contract and which tarif plan have you choosen? 
In your contract confirmation, were there a passus regarding the wechselbonus? If this one was missing, then the reseller sold you a contrag without this benefit and you should asked the reseller directly.

Yes, I have. As I understand, I should be able to get bonus, but my German is not so good. I transported my number from lidl connect in the first week of O2 Vertrag.

Oh I forgot to write, I’m sorry. Thank you very much for your quick response and for solving my problem. I got an e-mail from O2 saying that I am going to get this discount. Now I am waiting for my next invoice :) (How can I mark as resolved?)
