I am experiencing an issue with a previously active O2 number that has been deactivated and cannot be reused. I am writing to report an issue with a previously active O2 number that has been deactivated and cannot be reused. This number was associated with several of my social media accounts. It is possible that the deactivation occurred because I failed to recharge my SIM card. What should I do now?

Unfortunately your SIM-card can’t be reactivated, as it hasn’t been topped up in time.

You can use this form to request a payout of your remaining balance: Guthabenauszahlung

You can port your phone number to another SIM card, either with us or with other providers.

I am writing to request the reactivation of my SIM card for a period of one day. I am unable to change my phone number on several websites because they send one-time passwords (OTPs) to my deactivated number.

 

If it is not possible to reactivate my SIM card, I would appreciate your advice on how to proceed in this situation.

we only have access to a deactivated phone number for 90 days and it can be transferred to another SIM card for example, after this time we have no access to phone numbers anymore.
