Waiting long for my cellphone

Hi there, so on the 12th November I ordered two new cellphones with vertrag from an O² shop(I'm an existing O² customer). My partners cellphone arrived yesterday (14th November) yet I'm still waiting on my one. They both have the order number: xxxxxx95 yet only one was sent with no information on the other one. Can someone please help me as to what I should do. Surely you send orders together when they share the same order numbers? My current phone is broken and the need for a new phone is immediate.
