Very bad internet speed O2 homespot__terminate contract_Berlin 13353

Dear O2 community,

I have been using the O2.spot for a year now in Berlin 13353. For last week the speed has gone very bad, although the signal is full.

I am frustrated with it. How can I cancel my contract?

It’s funny to notice that contract terms and conditions apply uni-directional. No action on the companies promising high-speed internet and not delivering on it.

Hello @PKJ ,

I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your internet connection. Have you already looked at the LiveCheck, in case an issue at your address is already known and being worked on. You can also report an issue if none is being shown so far. That way you will also be kept abreast of any developments.

If you want to ask for the cancellation of the contract, then you can do this online or send in your wish the old-fashioned way by letter or fax.
