Hallo,
Ich verließ Deutschland und schickte das Rücktrittsschreiben, das restliche Geld (120 Euro) und die Kontoauflösungsbescheinigung per Post an O2. Nun möchte ich nach dem Verarbeitungsfortschritt fragen. Aufgrund von Einschränkungen des Landes / regionalen Netzwerks ist es für mich schwierig, mich auf der O2-Website anzumelden oder einen Anruf zu tätigen. Daher hoffe ich, dass O2 mir eine definitive Antwort auf die Vertragsbeendigung geben kann. Wenn O2 mir keine eindeutige Antwort geben kann, bedauere ich, dass ich mein Bestes gegeben habe, um den Vertrag zu kündigen.

Hast du die Abmeldebestätigung aus Deutschland auch beigefügt? Nur dann kann die Sonderkündigung abschließend bearbeitet werden.

My phone number is xxxxxxxxx,  and I forget my four-digit ID. There is no network for O2 in China, so I can not receive any message from you!!!!!!

There is an outstanding amout and I can’t see any payment after September 15th, when the last payment by direct debit came from your bankaccount.

How did you pay that last sum of money?

@o2_Andrea  ich persönlich hab das so verstanden, dass das Geld (120€) mit den Unterlagen der Kündigung beigelegt war.

@vierstellige persönliche Kunde das Problem ist, die 3 Monate gelten erst ab Datum der Abmeldung bzw wann die Unterlagen bei o2 eingegangen sind. Bist du also im September abgemeldet, musst du Oktober, November und Dezember noch bezahlen.

sending cash is not a good idea. I do not see any receipt of money, a booking or partial booking of the open amount.
I try to find someone to talk to about what has happened to the cash, but I don't have high hopes. :confused:

I hope everybody is honest. I have been here for two years, i think german is good with good reputations. I indeed sent the money to the company within the envelope. You can ask the first staff who opened my envelope. My bill is less than 120, and i even sent 120 to your company. 

If nobody admits,it will be a joke for your company and system. i do not think a person from a big country can do this.

I will foward this theme to other websites as well.

As i said, i put the money in the envelope. Up to now, i have not received any message from O2 company. I can not use O2 service , but i still pay the money to release the contract. What about O2 company? It is such a big surprise, if my money lost. I need the reply, but nothing.

As I cancelled my bank card first, i could only send the cash to the company!!!

No hi, no dear, 

 

I am very angry now, and i am shame on some people in Germany. It is not only related to the money, but also to the quality of the education. This is the fact of stealing!!!! I have been to many places, but this is the first time for me to solve this stupid problem. 

I cancelled the bank card in Sparkasse in Am weissiger bach first, and bought the letter from the pfennigpfeiffer, and sent the mail in Kaufland in Weissig. I can never image the bad quality of the people.  I do not believe you cannot get the fact from the person who opened my letter!!!!!!!

I still can't restrain my anger now, and it is shame for your company with such a kind of workers!!! Shame !!!

I will pay the money to the account, but tell me the complaint organization and method.  I will share my terrible experience with arround people to avoid doing business with dishonesty person in the company.  Terrible, shame, stupid.

Now tell the money, and i will transfer the money as soon as possible. I do not want to talk to your company any more, please finish it as soon as possible.

I can’t still restrain my anger. Please solve the problem as soon as possible. I really don’t want to waste my time with an undetectable thief. Also, it is not easy to transfer money through a domestic bank card, which is reason I  mailed cash. Really terrible, O2 company


Sending cash by post is a negligent thing to do unless you send it by and it via a suitable delivery service and the cash contents are insured. Did you consider that the money could have been lost or stolen at any stage in the delivery process? Not necessarily even within Germany?(??????????????????????????????)


@vierstellige persönliche Kunde you are able to move from Germany to China, but you’re not able to finish your contract in the correct way?
