Hello Sir/Madam,

From last 2 months, i was charged 17.96 extra for Music services. I didn’t selected any Music services, but still I was charged. This is the second time happening for me. Last year also same thing happened. Can someone please check why this is happening every time for me though I didn’t opted for any Music services.

First, please block your third-party providers in "My o2" You can find an FAQ here.

Thanks for quick reply. As suggested blocked Third Party Services. Please let me know how will I get a Refund
