verbindung and service charges

Recently I have noticed that My O2 bill has increased in the past 4 months , and there are these connections and service chantges which have been added although i didnt sign up for any new connection or anything else.

I have had a look to you invoices and didn’t find any mistakes. Which connections or charges are you complaining about exactly?
