I have signed contract with O2 Homespot and its not in use since December.  i have sent 3 Letter to O2 via post for cancillation but have received email from 3rd party 27 April 2020 to pay 575 Euro  within 29 April 2020 or will iniciate court procedue.

As its already been put on request via Post to terminate contract why such threat of Court to the custmer?

 

I have tried to contct customer service but unable to suceed it. Can O2 team will initate process to share details so that i can reach to the concren to address this important issue.

-what date you signed contract with o2?

-what date you have send cancellation letter 1, 2 and 3?

-how did you send letters? normal letters? or einschreiben/rückschein?

 

you only may cancel contract within 14 days after signage! and in own interest you should do this  with einschreiben/rückschein which you get at the post office. so you can prove you did cancel.

 

sorry, man, its no problem to contact o2 support by phone. why didnt you succeed?

 

in 4 to 5 months yo must have received many invoices and reminders. why did you not react early when there still was time?

now o2 has given case to debt collector. invoice will now explode...

 

looks like you are now on o2 mercy.
