My prepaid program is schedule to renew tomorrow. Despite multiple attempts to top up my balance, it has not been updated. My account indicates that the direct debit procedure is not possible, and my efforts to recharge via automatic charging (the method I have used without issue until now) and SMS have also failed.

Please get back to me ASAP.

you can first top up your credit using a top-up card

or top up at an ATM

a transfer takes a few days, but works well.

I`m sorry that the method used did not work. I can't explain what could be wrong.
