I have recently applied for the number portability process from O2 to another provider . I would request to release my O2 number and make it available for porting. Please let me know what the next process is.

is it Pepaid or Postpaid?

when you have a postpaid plan you can have your number released for porting via our Mein o2 App. If you have a prepaid number, you can have your number released via our prepaid hotline 0176 88 85 52 82 or our prepaid chat.
