Updating current contract


Hello 

My current contract is 20G/ month and I still have 12 months left.

 I would like to know if it is possible to change it into Unlimited Max + Iphone 11. Can I change my current contract into a new one or I have to make a new contract ?

Unfortunately It does not suit me. After calculations I found that it is cheaper to make a new contract instead of extending my current one
