Hello,

I recently signed up for the o2 Prepaid S plan.  I received my SIM and followed the steps to activate it which eventually worked.  However, in the online account it said i was on the basic plan until i top it up.  I tried to top up but said it was unavailable, and so i set up auto payment, and it said payment would come out within 5 days. 

Payment came out after 5 days, and the correct plan shows as active.  Great.  What i dont understand though is the Tarif & SIM-Karte section shows that i am still on the basic plan, yet Prepaid S in active.  I don’t understand why this is so?

If i click on the basic tarif to change it, it says “Unfortunately, a tariff change over „is my O2nd“ currently not possible...”.

And if i use the *107# it just shows me a message with no options?

The overview page shows both “Direct debit bonus” and “o2 Prepaid S”, and under My tariff shows the basic plan (9c calls, surf for 1.49 a day etc), even though Prepaid S is active?  I’m confused.  Should it not show Allnet Flat as per the active Prepaid S plan?

Any help or clarification is very much welcome.

I have taken a look at your prepaid card. The data package o2 Prepaid S and the direct debit bonus are activated, as you were also informed by text message. This is probably a display error.

Have you also checked it in the Mein o2 App?
