I already my first handy last year and i want to know if its already free to use other simcards if i go to other country like philippines... how can i get my unlock code

thanks for your request.

I have good news for you: our devices are generally SIM-Lock-free.

Therefore, you can use your device also in the Philippines. You even can use your data connections by ordering the data pack World. You will be informed via SMS about that. You have then the possibility to use 6 MB for 1,99 € per day.

    Hi @o2_Tobias ,

    I have the same problem it seems. I just bought a used iPhone SE where I cannot use my SIM card from another provider. Could you tell me how can I get the unlock code from you?

    Unfortunately I do not have any O2 related SIM card/any contract to O2.
