Hello, 

    I got a new o2 sim card in 24 months contract. 

They promised me that for the first month, I will be getting unlimited data as a welcome bonus. But I got only 60 gb as per the plan. Raised ticket for this but more than 5 business days, I did not have any resolution.

the request for the booking has been received, but the communication between the departments is still ongoing. The work on that should continue on monday, with a result hopefully following shortly after that. Sorry for the delay!
