Hello, I am no longer client of yours, some months ago i bought a mobile phone (to be paid several instances) and then I received a letter from your lawyers saying that I had to pay the whole amount of the mobile phone at once. I did it, I paid and I received a confirmation letter from your law firm, acknowledging the payment, so I do not owe you money. Now, I received an invoice for a payment of 17,20 euros from November 2023-December 2023, I cannot access or see the invoice anywhere, no matter where I click on “My O2”. I cannot acces the MyO2 Mobile App. My question is, why are you still charging me money if I already paid everything, I have no information of what is that invoice about and why I should keep giving you money if I already paid the phone. Please some guidance will be appreciated. If it is needed for me to call you, please let me know. Thank you.
