I was trying to help a friend to register her IBAN and BIC details in her o2 account to do a recharge with SEPA but unable to enter the details.. Its written out there to contact customer care to register the IBAN and BIC. Can someone please help me out?

The IBAN you want to enter is a German IBAN or from an EU Member State?
If you can't change the IBAN yourself, you can send us this form to change the bank details by post, and we will enter the IBAN.
