Unable to make / receive calls after the number is ported


Hi,

 

I have ported my number from Lebara to o2 and got a confirmation message that the number will be ported on 08-12-2021. As I could see, now my old Lebara SIM has no signal and I was able to receive  one call in the morning to my newly ported  number. Later, I couldn’t make or receive calls from the newly ported O2 SIM. Is  there any  other  settings that I should make?

 

My newly  ported O2 number is XXXXXX

Hi @karthikr89 ,

 

it should work right out of the box. Even though it make take a little while, until your “new” number can be reached from every kind of phone line. This usually takes a few hours. Not being able to make calls is something that shouldn’t be connected to the porting. Have you tried restarting you phone? Did the error appear again since yesterday?
