Hi. few days ago i have signed a contract in a shop at Tigel. the contract is about simcard with unlimited intenet data at 300 mbps speed and free calls and after getting the simcard i checked the internet speed even in the shop and the speed was very low and they told me it is because am in the shop and when i arrived at my place the internet was extremly very low. when i called the person who made contract for me he said that he only do contract i should contact the customer center the customer center checked my internet they said yes they can see that i have a very low internet and they told me if i want to cancel i can just go to the shop and cancel from there. today they told me that it is not possible to cancel the contract kindly advice me what to to in this situation becasue i cant take a risk of paying a 24 month contract with a very low internet.
Only the shop can help. However, there is no right of withdrawal. Perhaps the shop can consider a goodwill arrangement for you. contact the shop again.
Hello
I also welcome you to our community
It's a shame that you don't like the mobile phone speed.
Strictly speaking, you have taken out a mobile contract that is not tied to your home address.
Or is this about a Homespot contract over the mobile network?
The slow speed is about your home address, right? What speeds are you measuring?
Have you already checked our live network check to see whether there is a known fault and what the general reception is like in your home?
And you went to the local shop again and tried to cancel the contract there or did you just call?
Kind regards, Kathi

I have checked the live network check right now and they show me that there is no problem at my location. and now when i check on speed test by Google the speed is as it is attached in my screenshot
Hello
with a mobile contract there is no minimum speed that you are guaranteed to reach by the contract that you’ve made in comparison to o2 Home contracts that use DSL, cable or fiber for their connection. With a mobile contract there are several factors that can impact the bandwidth that you receive, from the number of users that you are sharing the broadcasting cell with to the hardware that you are using and so on. As such even though there isn’t a technical issue near you, there can still be reasons as to why you are currently at that bandwidth.
Best regards, Sven
