Two Bills in a Month

In Januar i got 2 bills from O2. One is 41.28 Euro, other one is 25.28 Euro. Normally, it should be 25.28 Euro only (Because O2 has taken an extra 14 euros in last 2 minths). Why did O2 send me 2 bilişim and Got the price from my bankaccount?

Are the invoices for the same customer number? Have you got the invoices in front of you? Please look on the second page, there you will find the billing details. Are they still for the same number and period?

In my Mein O2 application i see only 25.28 Euro invoice, but in my bank account I see both of them. I think you did a mistake and send the 41.28 extra invoice. Last two months you have made a mistake and Got extra 15 Euros  for an application, I think this is a mistake related to this.

You have 2 contracts with 2 different costumer numbers. 

 

Please check your E-Mails from o2. 

Ich bin selbst nur Kundin und keine Mitarbeiterin von/bei o2! Wenig bis gar keine Infos regen lediglich zu Spekulationen statt zur Hilfestellung an ??‍♀️

I dont have a Kundennummer XXXXXXXXXX in my O2 application, i have an email abiut 41,28 invoice, but when i push the button i see the invoice of 25.28 Euro invoice. My Kundennummer is XXXXXXXXXX.
