I have similar issue - just successfully transfered everything to new iphone except eSim.
It shows that
The SIM is not supported
the SIM in your old iPhone does not support eSim transfer.
Contact o2-de for assistance.
Appreciate any advice!

welcome to our o2 Community 🙂

The eSIM cannot be moved between smartphones. You need to switch your eSIM via your customer account or the Mein o2 app.
