Tracking number for order


Hello!

I ordered the Data L Online Flex but I am unable to see a status of my order with my confirmation number. Am I able to receive a tracking number so I can track the order?

The SIM card arrives by normal letter. There is no follow-up there.

Its correct, that we dont have tracking numbers for sim cards sent by letter mail. Are you missing a sim card that you orderred more than 4-5 days ago?

Hi I purchased a phone last Nov 07, 2024. Unfortunately, I haven’t received any tracking number. Any idea where I can get the tracking number? Thankd

normally you will receive the tracking number as soon as the smartphone is shipped by our logistics department.

You should receive the order confirmation before that, has it already arrived?

I am worried, I it has not arrived. I am trying to contact customer service yet. It seems nothing is helping me out. I only received a billing statement but not the phone.

I ordered the phone. I received the Sim card prior to getting the phone. I am afraid I dot scammed.
