tracking


I paid for a prepaid SIM card 2 weeks ago and I only received an email with the order number. impossible to communicate in English with ''customer service'' even in physical stores they can't help you.

Did you provide your correct address? Shipping can sometimes take a while.


Yes. I provided correct address. I didn't received tracking number, just a order number.

The SIM card comes by regular mail, so there is no tracking.

That is not so good that you are already waiting for 2 weeks for the Prepaid SIM which you ordered.

Hsave ypou already tried asking via our Bestell-Hotline? The colleagues there can check the status of orders.

Hi ​@o2_Gerrit  I called today and they told me that they have no order in my name, no email, no order number. Unacceptable. I am on record as saying that I am requesting a refund from my bank if the problem is not solved through the contact form. Thank you
