top up through credit card have not transferred to my account

Hello,

I topped up my prepaid simcard  by using mein 02 app and with credit card today. However it has been an hour and the credits have not topped up to my account but the amount is deducted from my debit card. Can you please check? Because I urgently need to make phone calls.
