top up through bank transfer did not credit


Hi, 

I have made the bank transfer of 10 euros to exactly the same details mentioned in the SMS I received. Also mentioned my mobile number and extra digits as Reference, but still not credited to my O2 account. Can you please look into this topic and try to get my account reflected with Top-up amount?

when did you make the transfer?

After your transfer, it can take about 2 to 3 days for the amount to be credited to your account.
