Hi,
I have made the bank transfer of 10 euros to exactly the same details mentioned in the SMS I received. Also mentioned my mobile number and extra digits as Reference, but still not credited to my O2 account. Can you please look into this topic and try to get my account reflected with Top-up amount?

After your transfer, it can take about 2 to 3 days for the amount to be credited to your account.

Has the money been booked in the meantime, or are you still waiting for the money to arrive on your customer account?
