Top-up credit not received

Hello! I have added 10Euros through the “Express top-up” with credit card but the credit has not been received. The money has been reduced from my card account, however I do not see it both on the o2 credit and the plan was not activated. Also I can see this charge in the “Online Service Übersicht” section.

Important! o2 offers the packages o2 my Prepaid S/M and L for 50% less. You can only use the discount once. If you book the package again or have it extended, then the full price must be paid. Example: The o2 my Prepaid M is currently offered for EUR 7.49 when booking for the first time, with an automatic extension after 28 days or when booking again, the package costs EUR 14.99.

Hi @Lilityenok thanks for your first post in our community, you´re welcome 💙
It seemed that you had a pckreservation in your Mein o2 area for the package o2 my prepaid s.
After you top-up your account this package was automatically booked.

If you do not want this package you should visit your Mein o2 area in your app and delete this orderrequest.
Is this fine for you, or do you wanted to do something else with the top-up?
