Too Bad Internet Connection Since 6 Months (o2 Unlimited Free Max)

hello everyone i have o2 unlimited internet since 7 months.it was very good on first month but then it started to getting worse everyday.when i went to o2 shop and telling the problem but they said that they can’t do anything.i’m getting sick of this problem and i do not know what to do to get better connection

I know how frustrating a bad internet connection can be, so i can feel your pain. 

Have you checked your address via o2 livecheck if there is some known trouble in your area?
