Hello. It was my first year in Germany. I have 3 gsm number from o2 now.
I only need 2 numbers. I was paying 36.34€ for two gsm number. I went to an O2 shop to make a handy vetrag. The shop’s worker said, If you make that vetrag, the system will give you another new number free with better internet... I said okay. They got first payment directly and automatically from my Sparkasse account. everything was normal. But also they took 76.04€ for nothing... I went back to the shop, the worker said it is a mistake. But the system only accepts to give back 25€… also, the cost of my old two gsm number rose to 42.36 euro.. and now, as everybody now, all shop closed because of Corona… Also, my workplace got a holiday..
Who can help me? , why they took my 75 euros?
