The o2 app and website are not working


I am unable to log-in into my o2 app, and I also cannot view or do anything on the website. I keep getting routed to the hilfe page which essentially doesn’t provide any hilfe whatsoever. Super frustrating as a customer.

welcome to our o2 Community 😃

Your current login is not connected to your contract, this is only a login for non-customers.

If you log in with your phone number instead of your email address (use the forgot password button if necessary), you can access your contract data again.

Have you registered your contract and are logging in using your phone number?

Yes. I have been using it for a while. It is only recently that it has completely stopped working. I see myself logged in but I cannot access my statistics. 

And cant login at all in the app. I have re-downloaded it several times now.

Oh God! Thank you. 

 

I was on call with a representative for so long - and nobody could tell me why this wasn’t working. 
I wonder why do they give the option for email if they do not accept it.

Hello @Marium,

The non-customer account is for people who might want to become new customers with us and would like to ask questions in advance. This also makes sense for customers who might want to contact us completely anonymously.

Did everything work now and can you now manage your contract online?
