“The address entered has not been recognized. Please enter it again."

Hello,

I am staying in Germany  for three months, and bought a prepaid card in a supermarket, when try to register to activate de SIM card, got the message “The address entered has not been recognized. Please enter it again.”, when inserting the address where I am staying, went to o2 store, but cannot help me.
