Text messages are not sent when outsise of Germany

I have a S contract with o2.

since this year, whenever I go out Germany, I am unable to answer back to text messages. 

I receive messages, I can be called and I can call. But sending messages do not work. I’ve checked all my phone settings, it should be fine.

It all worked fine last year.

any suggestions?

That is certainly odd that only sending SMS is affected here. Have you had any change of contract or anything else that comes to mind before you stopped being able to send SMS?

I have had no changes in my contract that I am aware of. The contract is managed by my GmbH.

Attached is a screenshot of my provider settings. As I said, it all seems to match.

I don’t understand where the issue resides.
