Termination of MeinHandy Contract

Hi, I received a mail that I want to terminate my phone contract and pay it in one sum. However, I did not make this option. Kindly help me how to undo this and to continue paying my mobile phone monthly. Thanks in advance.

The early termination of the contract should be cancelled.

the early termination of your myHandy contract has been cancelled, the contract will now run again normally with monthly installments for you.

is it also possible to change my payment date every end of the month?

Hello @Jobel ,

for myHandy contracts the time of payment cannot be changed.
