Hello,

I have cancelled my contract last week and I haven't received any mail or confirmation of the contract being terminated. My sim works fine as well would it charge me for it's working since last week even though I have terminated the contract help me with it.

There is no right to revoke a contract concluded in a shop. Your only option is to go to the shop and ask whether they would be prepared to revoke the contract. Only the shop can decide this.

Terminating a contract doesn't end it immediately. When is the end of your contract term? That is when the contract will end and when you stop bring charged.

If you terminated the contract online you should have received a confirmation of receipt. As soon as the termination has been processed you should see the status and end date in the customer portal.

Yeah I just got the sim card and contract that day and terminated the contract the same afternoon due to some personal reason's. As per the o2 rules i can cancel the contract within 14 day's without being charged anything further.

That is not a termination but a revocation (Widerruf) which applies to contracts concluded online or by phone.Is that the case here? Did you send your notification to widerruf@cc.o2online.de?

Yes I would like to revocate my contract do I have to call them or send an email what is the process ahead?

Send an email to the address above. Revocation is only possible if you concluded the contract online or by phone and not in a shop.

I got my contract from shop can you share any way for revocation of my contract like do I have to visit the shop ?

That is great that you could already receive the answers from bs0 🙂

Yes, when you have made the contract in one of our shops, the right of revocation for 14 days after having made a contract via distance selling does not apply. It is then entirely up to the shop when you decide to talk with the colleagues about how you would like to not have the contract.
