Hi, i left Germany a month ago already... and i wanted to terminate my contract of my O2 sim card. Can i do it through email since i am already here living in Spain.Thank you in advance

    Great that bumer and schluej were able to help you with a lot of information already!

    Please note that you should specify “außerordentlich” when canceling online if your contract has a longer term. Please give “Umzug ins Ausland” as the reason for termination.

    Proof, i.e. a copy of the deregistration certificate from Germany can easily be uploaded there.
