Termination of contract


Hi, 

i have marked my termination notice in the o2 app already. 
However, instead of calling to the number provided for confirmation, may I just confirm here as it’s more convenient for me?

I regret your decision to end your contract. Nice that the cancellation department already helped you to confirm your cancellation. 

 

If I may ask you, what is the reason for your cancellation? Is an attractive offer to prolong your contract interesting for you.

I have canceled due to leaving the country. However i appreciate the service of o2.de

One question tho, i have confirmed through the phone call but so far i havent received any confirmation mail. do i have to wait for it or?

thanks for your reply. Of course, I understand your cancellation if you need to leave Germany.

 

At the moment, we will deactivate your contract on 14th February 2021. You will receive a written confirmation within the next 2 weeks. If not, please contact us again. If you need an earlier cancellation, please find all the instructions for a cancellation because of moving abroad here: http://g.o2.de/w21
