terminate or offer match?

hi, my contract is up for termination or renewal in the next week, and shopping around i can get a new phone and a cheaper tariff than what is offered via o2, saving 15 euro a month via check24 for a 24 month contract with iphone XS and 20gb per month data, is it possible for o2 themselves to match this price as apparently i wont be able to keep my number if i do this?

oh, i should point out that the best offer i saw was this one: xxxxx

staying with o2 - i got my contract with o2 via check24 in the first place and it was super easy which is why im asking if i should do it again,

oh and another thing; this o2 community thing is super handy and cool! reading the other answers has been dead handy!! thanks!
