Tariff contract cancellation

I want to cancel my o2 tariff contract. on the website it shows me that i am only able to give a notice of termination via the website. to properly cancel the contract i have to call the customer service. As my german language is really bad. i would like to ask for a way to terminate the contract without having to call.

You can also terminate the contract by post.

Contract cancellations can either be done via online notice and following phone call or in writing by letter or fax. Please find more information here: o2 Vertrag kündigen. There you will also find cancellation forms for different contracts.

Or maybe you have already contacted our English support team in the meantime.
