Hello,

I have a sim-card contract with O2 Free M boost which costs 35 EUR per month. However, as a student, I get a 5 EUR discount which should make it 30 EUR per month, also this is what I was told when I first received the offer. That after I sign up, I send my enrollment certificate and after they verify, I will get the discount.

So far this has not happened!! I gave my enrollment certificate 3 months ago and so far no one contacted me and I am still paying the full amount without the student discount!!

What am I supposed to do now? I only signed up for this offer based on the discount I would get.
