Somehow I managed to activate a SIM card that I have not received yet

I have a multicard plan, and I ordered a SIM card almost a month ago, and I still haven’t received it. And when I open the app today to try to find where can I report it, somehow I managed to active a card that I don’t have yet. What should I do?

Dear @louis993546 ,

welcome to our community. 🐞

Is your contact address in My o2 correct?

Or did you change the address within 14 days before ordering the multicard?

You can delete the activated multicard under My o2, if you haven’t get it and order a new one.

Kind regards,

Andrea

I am sure that my contact address is correct, as I have previously requested another multicard SIM card to this address about more than 3 months ago.

Can you point out where to do that? The one I can find costs 5 euros to mark a card as lost, which is a pretty annoying as I never lost it to begin with.

Dear @louis993546 ,

it seems, that it is not possible to deactivate a SIM--card by yourself, anymore. You can only oder an exchange card, that requires a fee of 29,99 euros. We (or the hotline) can deactivate that multicard for you, if you wish. The last activated SIM card should become deactiveated, right?

Kind regards,

Andrea
